Cedar Sales Purchase Multiple Machines to Fulfil Exciting New Contract
When Cedar Sales (part of Modinex Group) landed a significant new contract, it called for an extensive capex upgrade to meet the increased output requirements. The company invested in several new machines from Stirling Machinery which will see them through the next leg of their manufacturing journey. As well, Cedar Sales are continuously developing their own ongoing product initiatives and the new equipment is intended to support innovations that are currently being rolled out.
Cedar Sales manufactures architectural products including cladding, screening, skirting, architraves and decorative mouldings for the building industry. They’ve also carved out a niche in supplying western red cedar for boat construction and for spas and hot tubs.
Managing Director Jeremy Parker says the choice to purchase from Stirling Machinery was driven
by a need for specific solutions. “Our sizeable new contract involved some specific requirements
